This personalized approach to learning is often chosen during the initial software purchase (for beginners) or in the future when needed (for refresher courses or new staff), ensuring that you get the most out of your XMPie software.
Our training is designed to be flexible and convenient for you. All sessions are delivered online, allowing you to learn at your own pace and convenience. We use Microsoft Teams or a similar web conferencing tool. The number and duration of sessions are tailored to the availability of both the trainer and the trainees, ensuring a schedule that works for everyone.
We offer onsite face-to-face training at your premises for those who prefer a more personal touch. This alternative to online training requires several weeks of advanced notice and incurs additional costs, but we believe it's worth it to provide the training experience that best suits your needs.
XMPie offers two main types of training: desktop-only and server-based. Desktop training, or uDirect, is perfect for beginners and teaches the basics of using uCreate to set up templates and generate VDP (Variable Data Print) output. On the other hand, server-based training is tailored to the software solution purchased (VDP, TransMedia, Web-to-Print, or Full Suite) and includes several software tools. If needed and as time allows, we can also cover add-ons such as uImage (personalized imagery), uChart (dynamic graphs/charts), and advanced topics.

Advanced use of our software, in other words, training that goes beyond the topics mentioned within the above agendas, is available. The lead time for this custom training is longer as we prepare a Statement of Work, a specific agenda, and the needed training materials.

Our Professional Services teams develop custom applications using our API and other programming. If specific training on your project is required, request this as part of the project plan and statement of work.
