Instructor-led Training (ILT) One-on-One Customer Training
In addition to the comprehensive Campus materials, XMPie offers a unique opportunity for one-on-one training with an XMPie Subject Matter Expert and Instructor. This personalized, practice-based approach ensures that you not only learn the software but master how to apply it effectively in real-world scenarios. Whether added to your initial software purchase for beginners or scheduled later for refresher courses or onboarding new staff, this training ensures you get the most out of your XMPie environment.
One-on-one instruction provides personalized learning tailored to your specific goals, skill level, and workflow. Unlike generic courses, the instructor adapts the pace and content to your needs, focusing on areas that matter most to you. This means no wasted time on topics you already know and more emphasis on the features that will drive your success.
Another key advantage is immediate feedback and hands-on practice. Working directly with an expert allows you to ask questions freely, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and receive actionable guidance. This interactive approach builds confidence, accelerates learning, and helps you avoid common mistakes that can slow down implementation.
Finally, instructor-led training is flexible and goal-oriented. Whether you need a deep dive into advanced features or a quick refresher for new team members, sessions can be scheduled when you need them and customized to align with your business objectives. This efficiency ensures your team stays productive and your investment in XMPie delivers maximum value.

XMPie Product Solutions and Workshops
Each XMPie product solution is supported by one or more corresponding Workshops. These Workshops are designed to provide a structured learning experience that equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the solution effectively.
Workshop Design and Objectives
The content of each Workshop is carefully tailored to the specific tasks, workflows, and software components required to achieve the intended functionality of the solution. This ensures that participants gain practical, solution-focused expertise rather than generic product knowledge.
Learning Approach
- Conceptual Understanding: Certain solution-specific tasks and principles will be introduced at a conceptual level to help participants understand the “why” behind the process.
- Hands-On Practice: Other tasks will be taught through guided, hands-on exercises using real-world scenarios. This practical approach reinforces learning and builds confidence in applying the skills immediately.
